Refunds

ALL APPAREL SALES ARE FINAL!

Therefore, we strongly suggest you carefully examine our sizing chart and make sure the size / color you order is correct. We will not accept any clothing returns for t-shirts or caps.

Headphones will be replaced if deemed defective for a period of 30 days. This only includes defects in the materials or workmanship of the headphones; breakage, damage or other problems will not be accepted for returns at any time. If a returned set is deemed damaged, it will be returned to you at your own expense of shipping.

Shipping Information

All items are shipped from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This may mean that duties and / or taxes may be applied by your country's customs service. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred.

T-Shirts will be shipped in a tube, caps in a box and headphones in their original packaging.

Shipping Fees will be calculated at the point of checkout, before you enter your credit card information.
